Job

The Sales Team Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success of the Outbound Sales teams. Working to deliver and exceed stretch targets through team motivation, coaching and the performance management of a team of 6 sales executives.
Your teams will support the wider sales teams in achieving their overall distribution targets and share of market through proactive outbound calls to a pre-defined set of On and Off-trade customer and prospect accounts.

You will identify training needs, looking at quality and standards within the calls together with auditing sales to maintain revenue integrity. Delivery of new distribution sales targets is an essential aspect of success in the role so experience in closing sales is essential. You will ensure you and your team develop a deep understanding of the brand and products, building high levels of knowledge and credibility to support with the sales activity. Provide feedback and guidance to team ensuring the achievement of individual and team Key Performance Indicator’s and targets.


What we look for

· Responsible for the achievement of targets set by the Client Delivery Manager
· Experience and in-depth knowledge of line managing people within a B2B sales environment
· Conducts one-on-one reviews with all agents to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales and activity performance
· Sets examples for agents in areas of personal character, commitment, organisational and work habits
· The ability and understanding to motivate individuals and teams to achieve higher performances
· Good communication and listening skills together with the ability to liaise across departments
· Strong proven ability to manage a high performing sales team within a B2B environment
· Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver challenging targets and work to tight deadlines
· Experience of successfully coaching/motivating and performance management of a team to deliver results
· Exceptional interpersonal skills
· A knowledge of the On and Off Trade marketplace would be an advantage
· Competent user of all Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word & MS Powerpoint)
· Experience of BXP is an advantage however training will be given
· A fluent level of German C1-C2 with strong grammar and spelling skills
· High level of English C1-C2 (Both spoken and written)
· Knowledge of Another language will be a plus
· Previous experience working in a team leader and sales position and a genuine passion for world-class customer service
