Job description, responsibilities and duties


  • Be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process in close cooperation with Hiring Managers
  • Act as an Advisor and Partner for Hiring Managers in relation to all recruitment queries and market trends
  • Active sourcing, pre-selection and interviewing of potential candidates for a variety of IT positions
  • Coordination of the offer and onboarding process
  • Increase brand awareness through activities on social media and effective communication with candidates


  • 1+ years of experience with end-to-end recruitment process, focused on IT positions
  • Overview of IT technologies and IT market
  • Fluent English and Slovak
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Creativity and ability to look for new ways of candidates’ search
  • Ability to work independently

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
