Onboarding Specialist with Italian and English Language

  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 300 - 1 650 EUR/monthFrom 1300 EUR/month
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

This is an exciting opportunity to work with suppliers and vendors on Italian market and help their onboarding process to enrol into company's working capital program.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting mid-office and customer service functions to vendors and suppliers
  • Coordinating the entire onboarding process - communicating with vendors and financial institutions, collecting financial and non-financial information, evaluating the information, entering information into the internal systems, preparing and finalizing documents, etc.
  • Providing continuous customer service support and trainings after onboarding process
  • Cooperating with other departments and supporting ad-hoc projects

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree preferably in  Economics, Accounting or Finance
  • English and Italian language skills on C1 level
  • At least 1 year of experience working within accounting or finance (fresh graduates with experience are welcomed)
  • Excellent communication skills and client oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently
  • Analytical thinking

 

 

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
