Job description, responsibilities and duties

A well-established company is looking for an experienced Contract and Vendor Manager to join its international team. DAILY TASKS

 

  • Setting up contract overviews
  • Track and manage current contracts within the EMEA region, China, India, and Russia
  • Optimize and minimize the number of business contracts
  • Ensure a high standard of legal support of ongoing contracts
  • Establish good relationships with customers and business partners
  • Report to customers and business partners within established timelines

 

YOUR SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Experience with legal intercompany contracts
  • Understanding of the US legal processes
  • Organized and structured
  • Understanding of the telecommunication industry
  • Experience with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup)

 

 

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary. Not a good fit for this position?
