  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 100 EUR/monththe base salary can be higher depending on experience + extra motivating monthly bonuses

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for selected positions
• Sourcing candidates through all channels (job portals, social media, internal cloud database)
• Managing interviews with candidates
• Providing consulting services to both candidates and clients
• Participating actively in meetings with clients and building positive relationships with them
• Cooperating with the Team Leader and Branch Manager in the preparation of reports and analyses
• Participating in employer branding activities, supporting marketing campaigns and company events

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Both experienced Recruiters, as well as people without previous experience in recruitment with potential to learn
• Fluent in English and Slovak
• Ability to work against targets in a fast-changing environment
