Junior Business Support Specialist

  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 400 EUR/monthThe minimum offered salary is 1400 EUR. The salary can be higher depending on the candidate's skills and experience.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Creation of contract/sales orders, invoices, and credit notes - external and intercompany
• General maintenance of yearly contracts
• Processing inquiries, ad hoc requests from the Commercial Operations Team considering internal and external requirements
• Creation and monitoring of Purchase Requisitions for the intercompany service transactions
• Contribute to the continuous process improvement and collaboration in projects and performance of testing. Implement process changes

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Degree in Economics or Business Administration preferably with major in accounting
- Approximately 1-2 years of experience in the area of accounting
- Some experience in Intercompany processes in a complex and international business environment of advantage
- Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting end-to-end processes
- IAS/IFRS knowledge appreciated
- Work experience with SAP and typical other IT-tools as a plus
- A team player with strong customer orientation
- Strong communication skills
- Business proficient English
