  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 600 EUR/monthThe final basic salary depends on experience and skills of the candidate.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

The HR Operations Specialist provides a wide variety of both routine and complex administrative and/or operational services, which require specific HR knowledge, a high degree of policy interpretation as well knowledge on legal requirements. He/she administers complex processes and solves employee enquiries in accordance to the agreed business policies and procedures.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Manage onboarding processes as a first contact point for the candidates and newcomers
- Prepare required HR documentation
- Coordinate, maintain and generate Human Resources-related files
- Prepare inputs for the payroll including attendance inputs, control payroll outputs
- Responsible for HR data in the personnel systems, including Workday HR tool
- Reporting
- Manage mobility and relocations of employees
- Drive efficient HR services delivery across Benefits area and the Time Management area
- Proactively innovate and improve quality of HR standards
- Opportunity to obtain experience related to other HR processes, projects
- Perform other duties or special projects as required or assigned.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Payroll accounting - Basic
Business correspondence - Basic
Human Resources - Basic

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance) or equivalent experience; payroll/accounting experience an asset
- Labor Code knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to interact effectively with internal clients/external partners, eager to work in an international environment
- Experience with human resources information systems is a plus, especially with Workday
- English and Slovak language fluency both in spoken and written
- High degree of motivation, reliability, stress-resistance and confidentiality
