  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 100 EUR/month(the amount of final starting salary will be agreed taking into account the work experience of the selected candidate)
  • Start date: by agreement

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Is the production environment close to you and you like everything planned in detail? You want to use your knowledge of English and communicate in it on a daily basis? Then we are looking just for you.
Our team of logistics needs to strengthen with a new colleague who already has some experience in similar position, but also likes to learn new things. Your main tasks will be:
- orders' flow management within lines/departments of plant (monitoring of order execution, prioritization, sorting out of open issues, urgencies)
- execution and control of orders within given group of clients (production capacity planning, order confirmation and communication with the customer)
- certification management whenever applicable
- customer care and complaint management (internal and external) with the aim to maintaining high level of customers' satisfaction (daily communication with clients, sales representatives, transport companies, sample management, improvement proposals),
- reporting - daily schedule, weekly schedule, schedule fulfillment as required
- support implementation of process improvements in the logistics department

Personality requirements and skills

We are looking for new colleague experienced in production order planning, creation of daily and production plan priorities and all other planning activities.
We required active spoken and written English. Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
