Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Responsible for the Sales Planning of the OEM Alliance
Cover all activities such as Customer Demand Planning (CDP), Budget & Strategic Planning (SPOT) and Reporting:
Strategic planning - maintenance of the awarded, expected and potential projects (time frame 10 years - long term planning) 
Customer Demand Planning - Volume Forecast (short term 24 month)

• Update of  CDP volume Forecast based on lastest customer information
Participate on volume review meeting - regular alignments with plant and Sales
Review of CDP system alerts
Ensure high data and planning quality (consider Business Unti KPI system)
Alignment with Sales and KAM on the Light Vehicle Production Volumes  - regular monthly activity 

• Maintain and update CDP Material Data in SAP
Create Frame Contracts in alignment with Sales
Maintain and update Plan Prices, Sales Prices, Customer Master Data

• Analyse deviations between CDP Volume (Forecast) and Strategic Planning / Budget / Customer Call offs / Customer Forecast
Volume Prognosis Reporting: weekly analysis and reporting of volume development  (update of the VPP Tool (Volume Prognosis) & alignments on required actions (alignment with plant logistic or Sales))
Provide Management Reporting  (monthly / yearly for Budget & Stratplan)
Support Sales with various planning analysis / reports  / presentations on request (also historical data)

• Tracking of customer portal tool (Global Capacity Planning)
Review of data provided in the customer portal (Forecast volume / new price agreements); data update in alignment with Sales / Logistic

• Prototype Handling:
Quotes + alignment with customer, Order creating, tracking of activities, and schedule of shipping 
Create delivery note and track delivery / provide relevant information to Customer
Coordinate internal acitivities with project management

• Spare Parts: spare parts handling internal + external including quotes, schedule agreement, pricing

• Internal regular Sales Team meetings with Global Sales Planning, Alliance Sales Team
Support Market Share process (competitor information, Product Installation Rates,...)
Provide Training to new team members

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Experienced with MS Office and SAP R/3

• High level of analytic skills

• Ability to work in an international team with interfaces in Germany, Asia, NAFTA and South America

• High level of team and communication skills

• Ability to work independently

• High level on English skills

• Willingness to travel to Germany

• Advanced Excel Functionalities
