Job description, responsibilities and duties
You will lead Retread technology projects driving our Performance in one of the most progressive sustainable areas. With your ideas you will promote circular economy and reduction of tire waste. You will design new processes to accelerate the penetration of various Innovative technologies to Retread, drive our Innovations in Retread forward, industrialize new technologies to retread plants. Furthermore, you will drive digitalization in Retread via utilization of existing and creation of new tools. You will generate Ideas for product specification optimization.
