Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will lead product development Retread projects driving our Performance in one of the most progressive sustainable area. With your ideas you will promote circular economy and reduction of tire waste. You will validate new technologies, industrialize new and transferred products. You will ensure the maintenance of quality goals in current production, production release and production start of new and transferred products in close cooperation with relevant departments in plant, logistics and R&D. Furthermore, you will ensure the establishment, maintenance, and further development of plant toolbox with an optimal balance between quality, complexity, and costs in cooperation with PI and QM.

> Tire development and/or simulation background and knowledge is beneficial
