  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 1 450 EUR/monthSalary starts from min. 1450€/Gross + variable part of salary as 13th and 14th salary, Individual bonus, performance bonus. All depends on the experience and agreement. Average salary can be 2000€/Gross in the first year.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

> Process development for Hot & Cold Retread according to requirements of performance, quality, cost, complexity and timing
> Development of new and fundamental changes to process for Cold Retread
> Development of all Hot Retread related processes like buffing, skiving, …
> Retread specific process maintenance and adaptations
> Close cooperation with other MPDI departments, retread product & technology development and retread manufacturing locations.
> Project lead and participation, know-how generation & documentation
