  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 390 - 2 800 EUR/monthSalary starts min. from 1390 eur gross + variable part of salary as 13th and 14th salary, individual bonus, performance bonus. It all bases on experience and skills, average salary up to 2000 eur gross in the 1st year. Salary increase up to 2800€/month within a few years.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

OE Product development - you will lead Target Approval developments, manage vehicle realization projects for OEM customers meeting their specific requirements, in both - basic and additional performance. You will design experimental tires and test them, furthermore after tire approval - introduce new specification into serial production and maintain performance.

> Willing to grow and able to travel.
