Job description, responsibilities and duties

In the field of management and communication, the manager
is responsible for:

> Performance of activities within the scope of valid regulations and ordinances, as well as energy activities, process efficiency, work safety and fulfillment of tasks within the business plan.
> Communication with the state administration, regulatory and other authorities in the field of energy.

As part of planning and controlling:

> Prepares energy consumption plans and budgets, including maintenance.
> Plans and implements new methods of saving energy media, which minimize the cost and improve the efficiency of processes within Continental.
> Provides comprehensive care for energy equipment and equipment control.
> Assesses and approves technical and business conditions for the procurement and sale of energy services.
> Cooperates in the creation of economic plans of the department, development projects and modernization actions.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Microsoft Office 365 - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

> University education.
> Experience in the field of energy min. 6 years.
> English language fluently.
> Knowledge of Slovak legislation / Energy, Labor Code, Health and Safety /.
> Work in IS, SAP, CEOS, Office programs.
> Knowledge of energy production processes and technologies.
> Experience with project management and people management min. 4 years.
