  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 400 - 1 600 EUR/monthfinal salary depends on the skills and experience of the candidate

Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will be amongst the first ones to learn about upcoming games by putting your hands on them in our established gaming room – at work!

All you need is wunderbar German and decent English. Moreover, willingness to help others is always a plus in our team.

If you are talented and eager to learn with excellent German skills, we will help you to overcome the technical challenge and provide you the option to develop your skills.

Now let’s see what your tasks would look like:
• Resolving PC issues by providing solutions to the clients via email and chat
• Providing accurate, valid and complete troubleshooting by applying your skills, experience and technical ability
• Communicating with clients in a professional manner, taking ownership of their cases, and delivering an exceptional experience with every interaction
• Learning and gaining knowledge of our processes
• Our teams are supporting customers in shifts, Monday-Sunday, 10:00-21:00 (we are flexible in planning your shifts)

Language skills

German - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

• Fluent German (C1) and advanced English (B2)
• Be proficient in troubleshooting technical issues in Hardware/PC/Console environment
• Active gaming experience is nice to have
• Friendly personality, be a team player
• Positive attitude, be self-motivated and proactive
