We are looking for enthusiastic GERMAN speakers, who would like to practice their language skills at work and would be excited for a back-office kind of interaction with our clients. If you “DEUTSCH SPRICHST”, have fast fingers for online chatting and email communication and would prefer to socialize with strangers from the comfort of your own home while sitting in front of PC just in your sweatpants (Don’t worry, no one will see!), then we would be thrilled to welcome you into our TEAM!

All you need is wunderbar German and decent English. Moreover, willingness to help others is always a plus in our team.

If you are talented and eager to learn with excellent German skills, we will help you to overcome the technical challenge and provide you the option to develop your skills.

• Resolving PC issues by providing solutions to the clients via email and chat
• Providing accurate, valid and complete troubleshooting by applying your skills, experience and technical ability
• Communicating with clients in a professional manner, taking ownership of their cases, and delivering an exceptional experience with every interaction
• Learning and gaining knowledge of our processes

Personality requirements and skills

• Fluent German (C1) and advanced English (B2)
• Be proficient in troubleshooting technical issues in Hardware/PC/Console environment
• Active gaming experience is nice to have
• Friendly personality, be a team player
• Positive attitude, be self-motivated and proactive
