Job description, responsibilities and duties

At CloudTalk we’re looking for a new Office Operations Intern, someone to support the day- to- day operations of our Bratislava office. We've recently moved to a new, modern co-working space at Jurkovicova Teplaren in Bratislava. You’ll deal with regular office agenda and a lot of ad hoc tasks in one of the fastest-growing companies in our region . Have we sparked your interest yet?

What you'll work on:

-Order, receive, and organize materials and supplies
-Closely collaborate with our office managers
-Process incoming and outgoing correspondence
-Operate a variety of office equipment
-Assist in the implementation of various programs e.g. benefits for our employees, health & safety trainings and team building activities
-Various researches e.g. new suppliers, services and ad hoc tasks (there is always something new or unexpected)
-Work on special projects as assigned
-Assist CloudTalk employees from all around the world with their inquiries
-Pick up office deliveries and packages
-Your own ideas are more than welcome!
-Solve ad hoc requests of our co-founders
