Job description, responsibilities and duties

Fast-scaling SaaS Start-up
Hybrid or 100% remote work from Europe or similar time-zone possible

Salary is negotiable based on your location and seniority level.

What you’ll do:

- Investigate complex, technical issues that arise try to come up with a solution on how to reproduce issues.
- Crawl through internal logs, API responses to identify reported issues.
- Work closely with product management, engineering and support teams to provide input and share knowledge.
- Answer technical support requests via email, chat, and phone, work on technical issues using ticketing system.
- Help guide some customers through the technical setup process.
- Build and maintain an expert knowledge of technology solutions.
- Consult with management and other departments as required.

What you'll gain:

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- A degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar is welcomed.
- Strong problem-solving, investigative, decision-making and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to investigate, simulate and recognize technical problems.
- Ability to read logs (Sentry, Elastic, Datadog, etc.) and databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
- Rest API knowledge.
- Experience in software development processes is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills with ability to quickly understand and solve problems.
- Ability to keep up with IT trends and innovation.
- Business oriented mindset.
- Experience in the SaaS industry or previous work with communication platforms and CRMs (e.g.Hubspot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom) is welcomed.
