Job description, responsibilities and duties

What you will do
The Collaboration (Office 365) Architect plans for and drive adoption of Collaboration Microsoft Office 365 and Modern Workplace technologies. In this role, you work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and other internal technical teams to maximize O365 functionality, adoption and user experience. The role will be located in the Bratislava Business Center.

How you will do it
* Research, develop, and deploy Office 365 (O365) solutions, including delivering proof of concepts
* Stay current on Office 365 features and capabilities including availability, reliability, performance, monitoring, backup, and security
* Design, Plan and Execute (with Engineering team) Office 365 migrations including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business/MS Teams, Intune
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to maximize O365 functionality, adoption and user experience
* Work collaboratively with other internal technical teams, especially Identity and Access management team on interdependencies between technologies
* Lead technical discussions with clients that drive decisions and implementation
* Interfacing with operations partner on technical issues and technology vendors – Microsoft
* Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems
* High standard of organizational skills and strong attention to detail
* Participates in compliance and security reviews as necessary including working closely with internal teams to build security, reliability, and scalability into the Office 365 architecture
* Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end

We are required by law to disclose basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised positions. We carefully consider your professional competencies, qualifications and experience in our compensation package and/or when offering you other positions. Our compensation philosophy is to pay fairly, also considering market situation and the value employees may bring to company. The starting salary is 2 900 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria. It is negotiable. Candidates with two plus years work experience will achieve higher earnings.

Personality requirements and skills

What we look for
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of significant hands-on experience in architecting / engineering / administering large O365 (Office, Exchange, SharePoint, MS Teams, Azure AD, Intune), Exchange onprem environments, IP based enterprise voice and video-conferencing solutions
• Strong Knowledge of Office 365 support technologies, especially Identity and Access management, including but not limited to: Active Directory, AAD Connect, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), SSO solutions, Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access Policies, Azure RMS - AIP, MFA
• Professional certification in support of Microsoft and other technologies is desired.
• Knowledge or familiarity with ITIL processes and methods. ITIL Foundations certification preferred.
• Vendor and Cloud Management experience preferred in large global corporate environments
• Strong project management skills and global experience
• Strong technical and non-technical communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain high levels of client trust and confidence
• Experience and working knowledge with Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service platform, including planning, configuration, optimization and deployment
• Very strong communications skills with the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English
