Job description, responsibilities and duties

YOUR ROLE
Inside sales purely working remote by answering telephone, using digital channels, e-mail inquiries, and verifying / entering information. Develops sales leads by researching and identifying potential accounts, preparing quotations for D customers, soliciting new accounts, improve data quality and creating market intelligence information. Warming up SME & LLA customer to enter the standard sales pipeline and work closely with BD support.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Qualification of account information from external databases, sales leads, and rouse of outdated CRM accounts by contacting the customer
- Acquisition of new customers, selling of digital products and business extension
- Analysis of market and identification of customer needs
- Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information, trends, and identifying sales opportunities
- Qualify customers via remote channels provided by internal or external data sources. Using questionnaire catalogues and excellent verbal skills to identify the customer’s up- / cross-selling potential
- Setting and maintaining of good internal and external customer contacts
- Maintain the customer data in the CRM system. Strong usage of reporting and CRM functionalities
- Work off pre-set target customer list and closes new business or transferring the account information to the respective BD Support
- Supporting digital selling by customer/user approach with interrupted customer journey and push users becoming customers
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
- Creation of market and competitor analysis in alignment with business intelligence / strategy team
- Observation of adherence to new and existing customer agreements and processing of respective information
- Calculations, creation, and coordination of offers for D customers

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Economics, Business, Management or similar
