Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are currently looking for a new Superstar or Rockstar sales manager as an addition to our great sales team.

The main job activities are :

- developing relationships and ensure regular communication with existing customers and suppliers via telephone, email and skype to maintain and grow current business and become their ‘go to’ person

- achieving growth and hitting sales targets

- market research and customer database developing

- keeping up a good spirit in the work place.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Italian - Upper intermediate (B2) or French - Upper intermediate (B2) or Russian - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence


Personality requirements and skills

A suitable candidate should be talkative, enthusiastic, open-minded, flexible and should be a team player in balance with solo rider.

A suitable candidate should have a strong negotiation skills.

A suitable candidate should have an attitude of driven and highly motivated personality capable of hunting for new business in addition to managing key accounts and ensuring excellent customer service is delivered.

English language is a company language, therefore mandatory, Italian OR French OR Russian language is required for this job position and any other language is an advantage.
