  • Place of work: Staromestská 3, Bratislava
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 200 EUR/month
  • Start date: immediately (by agreement)
  • Contract type: full-time, part-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- part time job (6 hours / day)
- proposal and implementation of marketing activities in order to support the attainment of strategic objectives of the law firm
- coordination, implementation and evaluation of marketing activities
- development of a marketing strategy
- market monitoring and processing of information for the law firm, monitoring of offered conferences, workshops, practice group
- coordination of creating and publishing podcasts
- cooperation and coordination of activities concerning online webinars and future live trainings
- working with individual members of the law firm on improving their presentation, related marketing materials, CVs, online profiles, etc.
- coordination of the law firm’s networking (Lex Mundi, World Services Group, others)
- preparation of events of the law firm
- supporting the company's participation in events of marketing significance
- monitoring of legal directories and preparation of submissions and interviews
- budgeting and controlling the use of budget funds for marketing purposes
- responsibility for preparing reports regarding the company's marketing activities
- updating of information about the law firm and its members on social media networks and websites
- responsibility for creating and maintaining the corporate identity and other promotional materials for presentation purposes
-internal marketing within the company, building internal awareness and corporate pride
- deputizing during maternity and parental leave

Part-time job (4 - 6 hours per day) also suitable for parents on maternity/parental leave.
