Job description, responsibilities and duties
The successful candidate should:
- Act as a application power user, providing assistance and guidance to users
- Act as a point of contact for other CBRE Technology and Business leadership teams globally
- Process change requests within the application, act as SME and champion of the platform and provide training, update training materials where appropriate
- Work on change projects with new technologies and deployments of the platform within the bank
- Discharge responsibilities relating to all technology projects, initiatives, demands and work with the business and technology stakeholders on quality delivery (time, budget, scope, etc.)
- Ensure alignment with client expectations and client commitments, reporting to the technical lead
- Provide support to the business owner and advice on both technology strategy as well as wider business impact

• A combination of strong technology skills and business acumen; Preferred working understanding of cloud based technologies, SQL knowledge preferred
• Rapidly build and maintain strong and trustful business relationships and balance a wide variety of priorities.
• International Experience – preferably in a global context and across multiple cultures and business areas
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technology related issues and jargon to non-technical people; Business solutions analyst
• Good customer facing and commercial skills; solid track record in setting and managing customers’ expectations
• Skills in conceptualizing creative solutions, documenting them, and presenting them to senior executives
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
