Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you HR enthusiast? Do you know how to handle various HR systems and how to implement changes? If the answer is yes, we are looking for YOU. We look for open minded, self-driven, cooperative personality with proven HR process experience, willing and able to learn and adjust quickly. You will be responsible for conceptual process management of admindistration and payroll processes, forecasting and budgetting.
• Support and report to the HR manager
• Participation in setting the compemsation and benefits policy within the company
• Personnel cost planning
• Monitoring of the use of funds set aside for compemsation and benefits.
• Reassessment of compemsation and benefits if needed.
• Administrative support of processes related to changes in the internal HR system
• Preparation of regular and operational reports and data evaluation, KPIs related mainly to
employee remuneration, forecasting
• Coordination, cooperation and administrative support of the external payroll team
• Identifying and implementing opportunities of continuous improvement
•Ensure HR processes (payroll, administration) are being performed according to desired
level and quality
•Ensure compliance of all programs, policies and procedures with applicable legislation.

Number of years of experience

in relevant HR role (HR Specialist, Generalist, HR analyst, Compemsation and Benefits specialist)

Personality requirements and skills

• English (B2) and Hungarian (B2) – is a must
• Close cooperation with HR Departments in Belgium – comunication in English
• Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)- reporting and budgetting is a part of the job, therefore we believe you will be happy to excel in Excel
• Knowledge of HR systems, Payroll processes, Compensation and Benefits processes – is strongly appreciated
• Knowledge of the Labour Code and other Legistation related to Payroll proceses – is strongly appreciated
• Ability to focus on details and to deal sensitively with confidential material
• Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to effectively convey ideas through oral and written communications
