Job description, responsibilities and duties

Committed to excellence, we are currently looking for a high-quality individual to join our team as an HR Admin Junior. This is a superb opportunity for a hardworking, enthusiastic, Junior candidate with a fluent level of English and Hungarian, eager to learn more in the area of HR. The HR Admin Junior will directly report to the Area HR Shared Services Lead and will be part of a team of HR Specialists in Košice.

Responsibilities:
• Employee data management (HR database) and processing of employee’s relevant documents, support of payroll processing
• HR reporting
• Compensation & benefits packages administration
• Supporting colleagues and superiors with data reporting, budgeting.....
• Internal communication support
• Create and update of standard operation processes
• Create and update articles and presentations regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures
• Analyzes data and trends and utilizes findings to create reports
• Will be required to quickly read frequent updates and learning materials
• Maintain high level of confidentiality
• Ad hoc tasks related to HR area as needed

Personality requirements and skills

• English (B2) and Hungarian (B2) – is a must
• Close cooperation with HR Departments in Belgium – comunication in English
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)- reporting is a part of the job, therefore we believe you will be happy to create some tables
• Knowledge of HR systems is an advantage
• Knowledge of the Labour Code and other Legistation related to HR proceses is an advantage
• Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to apply working knowledge of specified discipline to assignment
• Ability to gather information, organize and perform routine analysis
• Ability to effectively convey ideas through oral and written communications
• Strong detail orientation (data quality) and organizational skills
• Previous HR / Admin role / Customer support / Coordination experience is strongly appreciated
• Team working skills
