  • Place of work: Kopčianska, Petržalka, Slovensko, Bratislava (Job with occasional home office)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 000 EUR/monthWage (gross): 2000 EUR/month *By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you have fantastic co-ordination abilities with a keen interest in air/ocean pricing? Are you looking to develop your pricing and negotiation skills? Then this could be the role for you!

Our Corporate Tender Management Team is growing as we're handling a larger volume of RFQ's which must be handled professionally and in a timely manner. In this role you'll work closely with our Global Overseas (Air/Ocean) Product Management to review the operational requirements and ensure a successful tender process. This is a highly professional co-ordination, stakeholder management and specialist tender role. If this interests you, read on.

Job Tasks:
Upload/Download Tender documents and rate sheets to the relevant Tender Platforms
Respond to RFI questionnaires
Review Tender Criteria together with Global Product Owners.
Coordinate national, regional, and global tenders with relevant country and regional management.
Collect rates based on customer requirements.
Legal Tender evaluation by the legal department.
Lead Tender kick-off calls
Organizing all incoming tenders for involved parties.
Evaluate, create and provide relevant RFQ Statistics.
Develop internal pricing and rate sheets.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

Ideally you have sound knowledge of the tender management process with a keen interest to develop
Air/Ocean knowledge
Professional level of English language
Professional level in usage of MS Excel and other analytical tools
Very good commercial understanding
Logical and analytical skills
Flexibility and accountability
