Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you looking for an opportunity to drive recruitment efforts for an international company with a leading position in the logistics industry? If you are ready to "move things forward" and you want to level up your career, join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team recruiting the next generation of talent into the cargo-partner network.

As a part of our cargo-partner team you will be in direct contact with major decision makers across our company in Europe, Asia, the Indian Sub-Continent and the USA, attracting and identifying a diverse pool of talent and facilitating the selection process in order to hire highly qualified and passionate individuals.

You will:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to advertising, searching, identifying, pre-screening and interviewing high potential candidates for vacant positions
- Recruit and select the most fitting new employees, whilst ensuring succession planning is in place
- LinkedIn talent researching and sourcing; headhunting using all channels (e.g. Xing, LinkedIn,, job fairs, social media etc.
- Develop and maintain an ongoing pool of candidates by headhunting & sourcing via a variety of channels across different markets
- Proactively improve candidate experience
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required

For this role you will need:
- 2+ years of direct talent sourcing experience
- Fluent English, German is a plus
- Stellar communication skills, and open to interacting with people
- Passion for growth and team spirit
- Ambition & a self-starter attitude
- A winning nature, but with an open mind and empathy
