What you will do

× Proactively supporting Director Transformation& Transition and VP Customer Success & Service Management in their day to day duties
× Acting as a „wingman“ in various situations by attending meetings and capturing necessary information and writing minutes of what was discussed
× Calendar maintenance, appointment setting and monitoring, and travel planning
× Handling of internal and external correspondence
× Preparation of meetings in terms of presentations, excel charts, etc.
× Handling special assignments and projects

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Who you are

× Completed commercial training or comparable completed studies
× Structured, independent and autonomous working style as well as very good organizational skills
× Quick comprehension, ability to work in a team as well as a confident appearance
× Proficient in Microsoft Excel and all common MS Office products
× Strong coordination skills and enjoyment of analytical and conceptual work
× Confident communication in English language (ideally German as well)
