What you will do

× You will support our Program and Project managers in the implementation of projects, from order placement to order processing and its correspondences to invoicing
× You will independently manage (sub-)projects or topics on a smaller scale
× You independently create standard reports and evaluations and you are responsible for timely project controlling
× You manage orders, projects, planning and billing in central filing structures
× You will take on various administrative tasks, e.g. you will support us from planning to invoicing, organize meetings and take minutes
× You actively contribute your know-how in order to further develop existing project standards and instruments in a goal-oriented manner

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

German - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)
