Job description, responsibilities and duties

What you will do?

- You actively support us in filling our strategically important key positions – hard to find profiles make you want to dig deeper
- You contribute with your sourcing know-how in a variety of ways and thereby help CANCOM to advance our recruiting strategy
- You put things under the microscope: The efficient identification and approach of talent is a skilled trade for you
- Based on key words, you identify potential talents, develop a targeted approach and address these candidates in a convincing manner through tools such as Xing or LinkedIn
- You organize and keep your projects up to date and consult with the team about current trends & strategies
- You work closely with our recruiting division to ensure a smooth hand over of the sourced profile

- You ideally have knowledge of common recruiting tools and social media platforms (e.g. Xing, LinkedIn, etc.)
- You possess a digital and analytical mindset as well as open-mindedness for innovative sourcing strategies IT affinity and interest regarding different job profiles within IT
- Strong hands-on mentality and a proactive approach is something you identify with
- Eager learner as well as a structured and reliable way of working are attributes which resonate with you
