Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Provide strategic leadership for WPh media/communication initiatives
- Serve as the lead for planning, management and optimization of direct-to-consumer marketing/media campaigns
- Become a co-pilot for HCP Omnichannel strategy development (right channels, right frequency and right content), owing CLM implementation project
- Raise the bar on media performance/efficiencies; promote new media capabilities across different channels
- Understanding of Consumer/ Patient Experience Planning
- Analyze visitor behavior and the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
- Organize/ implement pitch process (media pitch preparation/ execution/ post pitch implementation)
- Maximize the value of an agency (understand how to employ tools, consumer insights, data systems, can speak the common language with the media agency and TV channels)
- Promote new media capabilities across different channels

Personality requirements and skills

• experience in Direct-to-Consumer businesses
• knowledge of sales /media channels organization, strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and industry best practices & new initiatives , media/digital
• experience to coordinate agency’s paid media efforts across all disciplines. Negotiation skills to maximize opportunities with vendors & partners. Previous involvement in yearly media trading activities would be plus
• proven leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, project management, planning and organizational skills
• English – upper intermediate/higher is mandatory
• valid driving license and experience
• flexibility, creativity, adaptability, pro-activity and emotional intelligence
• willingness to travel also abroad
