Job description, responsibilities and duties

-Local technology owner for DfR in location Slovakia - contact-person for reliability, resp. later Specialist contact for reliability design
-Distribution a global DfR standards related to GTO/LTO structures
-Active participation on DfR process optimization
-Identification and application of suitable tools for collecting field data and environmental conditions
-Proactive collection of requirements and their systematic analysis, clarification and documentation to derive a suitable test
-Moderation of reliability workshops in projects
-Proactive collection of requirements and their systematic analysis, clarification and documentation to derive a suitable test and release strategy. In particular, knowledge of the target devices and their operating conditions plays a major role here
-Ensuring the reusability of test and release methods between assemblies on the basis of uniform hardware architectures
-Ensure lean and agile processes
-Active training of the developers for independent reliability design
-Ensuring a "zero CTS philosophy”

Information about the selection process

Personality requirements and skills

-At least one year of practice as DfR-AL
-Degree in reliability studies
-Reliability relevant training e.g. CRP, CRE
-DRBFM ≥ Level 3
-DFSS-Black Belt
-At least 2 years of reliability relevant professional experience

-Assertiveness paired with claim of technical leadership.
-Confident dealings with hierarchy
-Developed teaching, facilitating and coaching abilities.
-Intrinsic motivation
-English business fluent
