Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your responsibility will be to deploy our activation & communication towards B2C/B2B as well as ensure Event & HORECA platform readiness via 1 direct report, based in field.

BUSINESS ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• based on Retail Media Landscape analysis and Agencies cooperation, identify and plan effective ways to engage consumers in HRC & Event channels in cooperation with other teams and one direct report
• plan, deploy and execute activities and tools in order to achieve smooth consumer activation
• manage & monitor dedicated budget
• manage one direct report, based in field, and agencies
• be able to cover both office & in the field responsibilities

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS:

• HRC & Events plans proposal & execution & evaluation
• effective suppliers & agencies management.
• HRC & Events universe understanding based on regular field visits & cross functional cooperation.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Marketing

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Office 365 - Skillful

Driving licence

B

Personality requirements and skills

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• preferably 2-3 years experience in Marketing of FMCG organization
• understanding of market and consumer/shopper dynamics
• advanced analytical capabilities utilizing consumer/shopper/customer data
• excellent communication & networking skills to build strong relationship with business partners
• out of box thinking & openmindness & Sense of innovation
• ability to manage multiple activities
• great organizational & presentation skills
• willingness to learn & proactivity & independency
• english fluent, Slovak is a must
• PC skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point
• drivers licence (active driver)
