Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Lead sales activities in order to maximize results in Process segment in the region Czech Republic and Slovakia
- Support the Sales team, monitor market trends and competitor products, develop and maintain good relations with key customers
- Set up and implement business strategy in Process segment for the CZ&SK region
- Responsible for key business goals in Process segment – sales growth, opportunity funnel, key priorities
- Technical and commercial support of the Sales team – regular trainings and presentations for key customers and sales team
- Cooperation with Business Development team in order to develop new sales opportunities
- Close cooperation with other Emerson BU’s to develop common strategy to penetrate significant projects and vendors
- Grow market share in hybrid segments of Process industry – Pharma, Food & Beverage, Cosmetics, Waste Water etc
-Identify new business opportunities
-Stimulate growth of new products and solutions
-Close cooperation with CEE Process team – exchange information about global projects, share experience with team members about local customers and applications
-Report sales results and project tracking to Sales management

Information about the selection process

This position is occupied for Asco Aventics (the part of Emerson corporation).

Aventics brings pneumatic systems technologies and expertise that are critical to the digitalization of manufacturing processes, including predictive maintenance through integrated diagnostics. Asco fluid control products have a long-standing reputation for reliability and long life. These products include solenoid and pressure operated valves. Applications are many and diverse and include the piloting of large process valve actuators. Solenoid and pressure operated valves are used to control the flow of fluids in manufacturing plants and on industrial machinery.

-Technical studies, Engineer degree at least (automatization, regulation & measurement is advace)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in selling industrial products
- Experience with Process applications and good knowledge of Process industry market in CZ&SK
- Ability to motivate team members without formal authority in order to achieve common goals
- Highly action oriented, Positive attitude, high energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to create presentations and reports using Excel, Power Point etc
- Fluent English in speaking and writing
