Job Description

In this role, you will cooperate with asset (CHEP pallets) receivers (Retail, Wholesale, Distributors) on the efficient and proper supply flow. Maintaining CHEP pooling system and stock balances control to reduce pallet losses on the market and increase customer (retailers and wholesale) satisfaction.

What you will do?

  • Maximizing the pooling and asset control productivity and control via managing pallet flows
  • Controlling and improving collection performances; supporting asset recovery initiatives-Establishing and maintaining relationships at entrusted locations-Providing customer satisfaction through continuous meetings and training for Retailers’ staff according to recognize needs
  • Ensuring correct implementation of new customers to reach an agreement regarding pallets recovery
  • Asset protection – protect our assets in a legal way at non-authorized locations
  • Manage audit-Inventory program based on account portfolio
  • Controlling of correct information flows to operational computer database/programs (SAP, Siebel, MyCHEP, SalesForce)
  • Developing cooperation with other internal departments/external companies to support business growth and acquire new customers
  • Participation in current projects and other tasks as delegated by the Manager Comply with the safety legislation, policies, and procedures

Experience & skills that would be an asset:

  • Around 3 years of experience in Logistics/ Sales or direct work with clients in the wholesale or retailer sector
  • Experience in the Retail/ FMCG/ Supply Chain industry
  • MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Active driving license
  • Management system – Salesforce, Workday, Concur
  • English & Slovak languages are a must
