Job Description

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you ensure the existing customers are receiving the support and help during the order process and resolution of potential issues in the delivery, audit process, invoicing, and administration. You support Account representatives, ensure required KPIs, provide internal cross-organization communication, SalesForce processes...Key CHEP’s objective is to supply a sustainable quality of services (pallets delivered on time) and customer satisfaction scores (Service level). Proactive communication (internal and external) is the key to success in that position.

What you will do:

Order Processing Supervision:

Although the order processing is automated, its supervision and reaction to changes/adjustments are required as well as proactive communication with the customer

Communication with internal stakeholders:

Regular communication with CHEP’s supply chain, AM-asset protection, and customer-facing colleagues (CS, sales representatives and managers) is required to ensure smooth processing of customer needs and resolution of potential admin issues.

Communication with customers:

Independent and regular communication with customers is a critical part of the job.
Understanding of customer priorities, quick reaction on KPIs, on changing demand to ensure the high customer satisfaction and Service Level.


Apart from account management, the audit of pallets at selected customers is an important part of the job to protect CHEP’s assets (KPIs – stock, pallet control) as well as customer-related costs. Acts as expertise in terms of procedures to navigate and advise customers actively.


SAP, MyCHEP, SalesForce, Teams, Power BI, and other systems are used as a base for data management and communication. Full understanding of CS reports and follow-up actions.

Who we are looking for:

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in interaction with the customers, order invoice processing, complaint resolution
  • Around 3 years of experience within Customer Service and back-office tasks.
  • Optimistic and positive attitude,
  • Communicative
  • Customer and resolution focus
  • Solid level of English (mainly for internal verbal and written communication needed)
  • Home address Bratislava and surroundings (cca 50 km)
