Job Description

The role is dedicated to the management of existing e-customers portfolio (currently +150 in SK).

What you will do:

  • Manage existing clients’ (manufacturers) leading to growth
  • Solve supply, quality, admin, finance and operational issues
  • Develop customers’ potential and increase their satisfaction
  • Create account plans for top customers to maximize cooperation shape
  • Manage sales funnel of opportunities based on account portfolio in Salesforce
  • Executive tactics and best commercial practices
  • Maintain relationships, understand customers’ needs and priorities through regular dialog, personal meetings and communication
  • Execute a local plan to protect your customers’ revenue
  • Negotiate commercial terms and proposals with customers
  • Review volume, revenue and profit versus target and budget
  • Review performance of customers versus KPIs
  • Review audit plan and result for own account portfolio
  • Maintain continuity of business – participate in a smooth handover from Sales
  • Participation in current departmental projects and other tasks delegated by Manager
  • Coordinate all related activities with Sales, Retail sales and AM departments
  • Create new commercial initiatives to reach objectives above

Experience & skills that would be an asset:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service related role is required (preferably Representative, Sales Manager, Field Executive – Commercial or services approach)
  • Experience in Retail/ FMCG/ Supply Chain industry
  • MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Active driving license
  • Management system – Salesforce, Workday, Concur
  • English & Slovak languages are a must
