Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an enthusiastic and loyal professional with well-developed communication and inter-personal skills who will take ownership of various HR-related matters across the company. The ideal candidate should be able to easily connect with people, pay attention to the administrational side of the HR agenda and possess a mindset for handling the dynamic nature of today’s workforce.

The role of our HR Manager is important to our business success. People are our most important asset and you’ll be critical to ensuring that we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our joint mission and objectives. Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company and ensuring we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees. Last, but not least you’ll manage the administrative process of our organization to provide employees with ethical and hassle-free work experience.

Your responsibilities and tasks will include:
1. Recruitment & selection process
• Management of the recruitment and selection process with a focus on getting the very best talent (job ad preparation and posting, candidates profiles collection, selection/interviews process management)
• Communication and relationship management with suppliers including recruitment agencies, staffing agencies, job portals, both nationally and internationally
• Management and development of new recruitment channels – job portals, social networks, etc.
• Development of ad content – videos, photos, job ads

2. Team nurturing & talent development
• Management of internal events (annual events, smaller team gatherings)
• Development and implementation of a yearly Happiness Management plan
• Maintenance of existing University relations (for sourcing talent among graduates)

3. Administrative agenda
• Preparation of labour contracts and other employees-related documents, and keep track of employees' personal folders
• Onboarding/offboarding process management
• Ensuring legal, health and safety compliance throughout human resource management
• Coordinating employee information between Finance Department and Accounting Department (salaries, annual leaves, compensations, etc.)
