Job description, responsibilities and duties
BONARD is a global market intelligence consultancy that specialises in international education, youth and student travel market, student housing and micro-living asset classes (incl. in-field research).
BONARD’s culture, atmosphere, approach, and values all reflect the care, ambition, drive, and consistency we are looking for in our new International Education Research Project Manager.
The company, with individual memberships in the world research association ESOMAR, provides comprehensive insights on global youth and student mobility market trends and helps governments, education associations or destinations to identify market opportunities and justify investment-related business decisions.
The role:
We are looking for a smart, curious, and dedicated research professional. You must be able to analyze and interpret data as part of the management of complex research projects that help our clients to better understand destinations and source markets and can raise their market profile within the broader industry or media. Critical thinking and the ability to make correlations and connect the dots are essential to the role, as is the ability to communicate findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
The successful candidate must demonstrate engagement, project ownership, and self-direction in their end-to-end delivery, from point of sales through the presentation of findings. Careful planning and follow-up are required to meet timelines and to manage desktop data collection and in-field teams for primary research. You will need to be open, ready to go the extra mile and stretch yourself, grow and try new things, and develop new skills.
Are you up for the challenge of working with a team of like-minded professionals on international projects that make a difference? Do you seek impact and recognition at the end of a long, hard project and relish the thought of the public-facing role that comes with the public presentation of results? Then you are ready to join BONARD.
Your responsibilities and tasks will include:
1. Research project planning and management including:
Data collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of results in written reports and visual presentations
2. Public facing with clients including
Presentations at conferences, meetings, webinars, and seminars
3. Team coordination with part-time staff and external suppliers
