Job description, responsibilities and duties

BONARD is a global market intelligence consultancy that specialises in international education, youth and student travel market, student housing and micro-living asset classes (incl. in-field research). Our business is global, our clients are governments, consulates, leading international associations in the field of tourism and education, prestigious educational institutions and the largest investors in the world for whom we organize top virtual and on-site events and business meetings around the world.

We are looking for a bright and ambitious individual with good management and planning skills who would join our Recruitment Solutions team and help them to deliver on-site as well as virtual events all around the world on the highest professional level.

The role itself demands a high degree of self-sufficiency and ownership – the candidate will be responsible for full, end-to-end, project/event management which consists of active client communication, suppliers management, venue and platform selection, program planning, participants recruitment as well as close collaboration with our experienced Marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, and the ability to contextualize information and be sensitive to non-verbal communication cues. Dealing with high-profile clientele, travelling, and meeting them at the events or their headquarters in the world's major cities will require a mature and professional attitude as well as the desire to learn and grow.

Tasks and responsibilities:
• Planning, preparation and implementation of various virtual and on-site events and projects abroad (end-to-end) in accordance with the established deadlines and budget
• Communication with suppliers (assessment of price offers, negotiation of terms, the conclusion of orders and contracts before holding events)
• Organization of the logistics of on-site events (transportation, accommodation, catering, informing participants, etc.)
• Preparation of marketing materials (press releases, invitations, catalogues, and other materials related to the event)
• Selection and recruitment of participants (management of email marketing campaigns and a team of calling assistants)
• Management of a team of project assistants (assigning tasks, training, supervision and control over completed tasks, and leading to set goals)
• Participation in on-site but also virtual events and ensuring their smooth running (complete event organization including registration of participants, program coordination, communication with suppliers, clients and event participants, troubleshooting)
• Regular communication with the client throughout the duration of the project
• Managing and controlling the budget and reporting the results to the head of the department
• Evaluation of the event after the end using evaluation questionnaires
• Preparation of documents for offers and calculations for the head of the department
• Active cooperation within all departments of the company
