Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a sharp, highly-organised Operations Coordinator to support our Slovakia ridehailing operations.

You will be responsible for the daily functions that are at the core of the business locally where your work, this will have a direct impact on supply growth.

You will be working closely with a high-performing team along with the Country Manager, Operations Specialist and/or Operations Manager.

We are looking for someone to help us short term (3-4 months fixed contract) in form of a paid internship, but after this period is over, we can talk more about renewal of the contract or filling other positions in our team. All will be up to you - if you show, you can get things done, we will be more than happy to work with you much longer.

We are preferring full-time contract, home office is possible, but as you will be working directly with our drivers, you will need to stay in the office at least 3 days per week. Part-time also possible, but we need you at least 24 hours per week.

Your daily adventures will include onboarding and/or training new drivers to Bolt's platform. This means calling interested drivers that want to become a Bolt partner driver (no cold calls) and helping them with the process. Few times a week, you will train new interested drivers in person in our office in Bratislava.

Your tasks from the beginning will be the basic ones, but with the biggest impact on our business. However we offer big possibilities for the future if you show that you can get this job done.
