Job description, responsibilities and duties

A. BRAND COMMUNICATION STRATEGY:
- Active participation, preparation of annual marketing plans of the entrusted portfolio and implementation (ATL / BTL, PR, ONLINE, DIGITAL, POS)
- Definition of product strategy of OTC and CHC portfolio (registered OTC, pharmaceutical cosmetics, Food supplements and Medical devices).
- Identifies and launches new products in cooperation with Finance, Regulatory Affairs, the company's HQ peers.
- Marketing in store product activation plans with top pharmacy chains and selected E-Commerce partners.
- Planning and participation in professional events
- Planning and adherence to investment - budget in accordance with the sales development.
- Precise pricing and competition monitoring.
- Plans, organizes, maintains and adjusts annual plans by product and investments allocated to support ATL / BTL, PR, On-Line

B. Category and Data Analyzes:
- Monitoring, evaluation of market trends, .
- Evaluation / reporting of the success of marketing campaigns, Return on Investment(ROI), Regularly checks and updates support costs.

C. Operational tasks:
- Co-responsibility for maintaining the profitability P/L products.
- Preparation of marketing-sales action plans, presentations.
- Project management - Initiation and leadership in time.
- Preparation of POS and educational materials aligned with a legislation.
- Preparation of presentations for Business review and Management.
- Communication and cooperation with agencies (PR + Creative)
- Regular field visits.

Information about the selection process

The condition for inclusion in the tender is several years of demonstrable knowledge and practical experience of Product and Brand management and the achieved Brand equity results in the field of Pharma OTC, or Consumer Health Care, respectively. FMCG. Examples are welcome.
