Job description, responsibilities and duties

Become a Procurement Manager for Bloomreach! Help us to further build out procurement processes and manage our procurement as well as contractual workflows to make sure we’re proactively managing our spend. The work you do will impact all of our internal staff and the suppliers we work with on a daily business to get the most value to our customers.

Your job will be to:
• Perform analytics across total spend and supplier base to find opportunities to further improve cost as well as compliance

• Collaborate to work on creating a procurement policy that can be rolled out across Bloomreach to further improve compliance while enhancing the internal customer experience

• Manage vendors and perform end-to-end negotiations with vendors across all categories to ensure Bloomreach gets a competitive rate and terms on materials and services

Information about the selection process

Your success story will be:
• In 30 days, you will have performed spend analysis across all of our existing spend/suppliers as well as created a plan to further reduce our risk while identifying new cost reduction opportunities
• In 60 days, you will be managing your own end-to-end negotiations and have reviewed license utilization for our top 20 contracts
• In 90 days, you’re working on process enhancements and automation of the extended purchasing process

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Experience in managing and negotiating with suppliers
• Previously managed structured RFP processes
• Negotiation expertise and affinity
• Experience dealing with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
• Project Management experience
• Advanced analytic skills (spend & supplier base analysis)
• Category Management experience (preferably Marketing/Cloud vendors)
• Motivation and willingness to work on impactful, time-sensitive projects
• Independence and self-organization to navigate you through ambiguous situations
• Strong ethical values
