Job description, responsibilities and duties

Become a People Development Specialist for Bloomreach! Help us create and implement key global people programs in the areas of Performance Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Company Culture, and Employee Engagement. The work you do will impact hundreds of Bloomreach employees in 8+ countries across 3 continents. Your starting salary will be from 2200€ per month, along with stock options and other benefits. Working in one of our Central European offices or from home on a full-time basis, you’ll become a core part of the People Team.

Your job will be to:
Focus on strategy, development, and company-wide implementation of highly effective, equitable, key global People Development programs in the areas of Performance Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Employee Engagement

Track and analyze data & metrics related to key areas of responsibility, along with measuring effectiveness against all program goals

Collaborate with and influence a number of key global, cross-functional stakeholders to create maximum impact

Conduct extensive research into best practices in areas of responsibility

Manage ongoing relationships with external vendors and ensure the development of proper internal training and documentation for the use of People Development related tools

Support employee engagement surveys gathering regular feedback from employees (eg formulation, implementation, analysis, reporting)

Provide administrative support to the People Development team (organization, internal communication & adoption, tooling, etc.)

Your success story will be:
In 30 days, you will help support delivery of key people initiatives

In 90 days, you will implement company-wide Performance Management and start to develop global DE&I initiatives

In 180 days, you will define future strategy and implementation of key global people initiatives

You have the following experience and qualities:
Professional — experience in HR and Performance management

Personal — organizational skills, independence, and fluency in English

Professional experience
3-5 years job experience in HR, business partnering or management consultancy in relevant areas

1-2 years past experience in Performance Management or a comparable company-wide process

Experience or interest in DE&I, L&D, or company culture

Prior experience working for a global company is a plus

Personal qualities
Strong organizational skills - ability to coordinate large groups of people, host online meetings with tens to hundreds of attendees

Structured and clear communication, strong influencing skills, fluency in English

Independence and self-organization to easily navigate large, time-sensitive, high-impact projects

Good numerical and analytical skills
