Job description, responsibilities and duties

So how would you spend your time if you join us?

ABOUT 60% @EXECUTING:

• Implement strategies, which you collaborated on creating, for
clients across multiple platforms such as Google ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Outbrain, Taboola, Quora etc.
• Support the design and development of conversion optimized landing pages in Unbounce (no worries, we will teach you all necessary )
• Collaborate on tracking and analysing client marketing spend, performance and tactics in Excel and/or Power BI

ABOUT 25% @YOUR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT & LEARNING:

• You will learn and practice new skills, relevant to your field and beyond. Such for example tactics on platforms, you haven’t used before, shadowing opportunities with Digital Marketing Managers as well as TOP leaders in the field & managing directors of our company - Niall Donohoe and Bjoern Sjut.
• You will learn to create, test and calibrate digital marketing strategies for clients, based on their goals and needs
• You will learn to manage your own client projects so eventually you’ll be able to have your OWN clients
• Create or collaborate on creation of internal wiki & external blog articles in your area of expertise
• You will get deep insights into other teams so that you get a broad understanding of our business and understand the “bigger picture”

ABOUT 15% @CLIENTS:

• Prepare reports in Power Point, video & other formats for clients, to help them understand where they are at & how to best move forward in their digital marketing tactics and strategy
• Support Marketing Manages in communication, education & management of relationships with assigned clients
• Regularly update reports & improve reporting of results for clients

Personality requirements and skills

You have ideally at least 6 months of experience in digital marketing on channels such as Facebook, Linked In & Google ads – can be an internship, freelance, specific project, previous part time or full-time job experience.

Down to earth personality – we don't take ourselves too seriously and like to have fun & joy at what we do.

You are super curious, quick and independent learner & have a drive to be good at what you do and constantly looking to improve and learn.

You are happy to give and receive constructive and actionable feedback.

You are an analytical, contextual & critical thinker.

Numbers and basic calculations don’t scare you.

You are a proficient @Excel & can analyse numerical data & synthesize them into conclusions.

Your attention to detail borders on the extreme and you are proud of that.

You have great presentations skills or are very happy to learn & grow as a data-driven storyteller.

Master at considering priorities and independently deciding what to pay attention to first.

You thrive in an upbeat, deadline-driven and fast-growing environment and don’t mind working on multiple projects simultaneously.
