Job description, responsibilities and duties

In this role you would be the central point of contact for a diverse range of key corporate client accounts focussed on B2B digital marketing. Your job would be to coordinate the planning and rollout of international marketing strategies, working with all stakeholders – our internal marketing experts, client contacts and management. You would also be responsible for managing the relationship with the clients and ensuring all projects stay on track and delivering on pre-set performance goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Setting the quantifiable goals in collaboration with our clients as well as planning what marketing strategies and tactics would need to be executed to deliver the results.
• Coordinating within our team the set up and steering of large scale digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Twitter and others
• Working with our clients to map out creative and content tactics to help move the projects towards their goals
• Analyzing results of your projects and communicating progress to all stakeholders
• Intensive communication with clients to ensure transparency of all project actions and results

Personality requirements and skills

Must have:
• Minimum 3 years proven experience in project management, preferably in the digital world
• A good understanding of the online marketing environment with some experience of Google, Facebook or LinkedIn Ads
• Experience working in a corporate environment or with corporate clients where coordination of multiple stakeholders, priorities and deadlines needed to be handled
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply those skills in problem solving and other practical situations
• Ability to read and draw solid conclusions from data as well as the ability to represent that data in a clear and actionable way
• Ability to clearly communicate plans and results of complex marketing strategies to non-expert partners.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• The ability to learn quickly and independently
• Excellent communications skills in English, both written and oral (German language skills are NOT required)
