  • Place of work: Banská Bystrica
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 100 - 1 250 EUR/monthThe final salary depends on the individual skills and experience of the candidate. After the probationary period, the employee is also evaluated by quarterly bonuses (500 - 1000 EUR to regular salary. Bonus applies every quarter.)

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Order Administrator, to join our team in our new office in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia, to be responsible for all customer orders from confirmation to processing for shipment. This is a demanding role within the Company and a methodical approach to organizing the workload is vital. The successful candidate will also assist with customer service inquiries, order status, tracking information and other administrative duties. The role would suit someone who is enthusiastic and has excellent administrative experience.

• Receive and process sales orders from customers and confirm price offers
• Registration of orders in the system
• Management of internal business tables and databases
• Maintain customer contacts and details
• Attend weekly / monthly SOP Team meetings
• Perform related duties as assigned by local Sales Manager

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

SAP - Basic
Microsoft Word - Basic
Microsoft Excel - Basic
Microsoft Outlook - Basic

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including English Upper Intermediate (B2) and Slovak – Upper Intermediate (B2)
• Good education, specialising in Economic / Chemistry
• Experience with sales
• Competent computer skills, especially with MS Outlook , Word and Excel
• Experience of SAP would be an advantage but full training will be provided
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Flexible, organised and reliable
