Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our company is growing at an incredible pace, either organically or inorganically. We are opening new positions, departments and strengthening those we already have. We are looking for more professionals who would help us drive and develop strategic regional and global projects with a focus on operations. PM would working closely with your senior managers to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Reporting line is top management and C -lvl.

We are looking for a dynamic personality who wants to show off and apply his experience.
You will be responsible for:


- Planning and overseeing projects within an organization, from the initial ideation through to completion.
- Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
- Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
- Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
- Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
- Leading and owning strategic projects within the CEE and BBG Global.
- Cooperating with other departments also across global teams, helping and supporting them.
- Analyzing needs, tracking processes and designing the best solutions.
- Close cooperation with project owners and top management.
- Always looking for new best ways possible.
- Preparing reports for top management.
- Experience from the consulting industry is an advantage.
