Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a part-time Customer Support Intern to join our Slovakia team.

Internship Specifics:
- 12 months internship with possibility of extension (based on performance & availability)
- Start: Immediate
- Maximum 20 hours per week
- Salary: 7 euros/hour
Who you are:
You're a bachelor’s or master’s student in: information systems/computer science, engineering/science fields, communications, or computer-related training (proof of enrollment will be required)
- Are between 18-25 years of age
- Strong interest in customer service
- Are an enthusiastic learner & strong multi-tasker
-Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
-Proficiency in MS Office (excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
-Basic computer troubleshooting skills
-You are able coordinate your academic obligations with internship
What you´ll do:
-Provide on-time technical support to our Customers through our HelpMe Ticketing System through regular quality communication with our customers
-Become well-versed in our applications
-Partner with the Customer Relationship Managers and aligning with the customer’s long-term goals
-Participate in User Acceptance Testing for updates in Benchmark applications
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of business processes and customer enquiries
- Work with different departments such as the product development team to evaluate potential solutions
