Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • You are responsible for the sales and application development of Dramix reinforcement within entire Slovakia   
  • You build up strong and trustful customer relation
  • You take responsibility for designing and providing tailored solutions to flooring contractors, general contractors and other stakeholders
  • You increase relation to engineering offices by applying your specific expertise on steel fibre reinforced concrete solutions
  • You are responsible for grow the business through prospect and lead management
  • You will provide monthly forecasting and reporting and manages the budget
  • You will work closely together with Inside Sales, Internal Sales and Sales Management within an agreed internal framework related to lead and customer management

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • You have a strong technical knowledge/understanding/education or even a degree in engineering
  • You are flexible and eager to travel within your responsibility area
  • You are used to work self-depending with a strong sense of accountability
  • You are a team player and have a strong mindset of organizational strategies.      
  • You have strong business development skills, customer focus, value selling and negotiation experience
  • You have experience with digital sales enablement (CRM a.o.)
  • You are native Slovak speaker and you also speak fluent English
